Banana Raspberry Weight Loss Smoothie



A good ratio of fruits to greens for weight loss is this: 2 cups of fruit to 3 to 4 cups of greens and 1 cup of water. Add additional veggies if desired.

Ingredients:
1 cup raspberries
1 medium banana, peeled
3 cups fresh baby spinach
4 to 6 ounces of filtered water
2 teaspoons chia seeds, soaked for 20 minutes

Directions:
Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend on high for 30 seconds or until creamy. Drink this smoothie several times a week and watch the pounds come right off.
